Jason continued to pound into her, hitting a sweet spot with each thrust. He let out gasps and groans, already close.
Finally, with the cry of her name, he slammed into her and released.

Raela curled into him and sobbed, shaking and heaving.

June hit her climax shortly after his, a soft moan to acknowledge it, her muscles tightened in the euphoria only to relax after a few minutes.
She sighed.

James hugged her.
There were too many tears today, too many tragedies brought alight and too many broken hearts.
His own heart was quivering, threatening to break through the weak stitches that held it together, metaphorically speaking.

And then she screamed out, releasing all of the pain,and sadness that she felt.
She curled into him again, shaking and sobbing harder than ever.
She was afraid, so damn afraid of what was going to happen to her boys.

Jasom nuzzled his forehead against hers soothingly, stroking her hair and pressing slow and soft kisses to her cheeks.

James held her, stroked and caress her, murmured to her, he did anything he could. It pained him as much as her but he was one to store that hurt for later and use it to his advantage, letting it all go at precise moments.
He was struggling now though.

June wrapped her arms around him and fit her body to his natural curves of his chest. She intertwined her legs with his and pressed against him, her face comfortable against his chest.
"I love you.....and.. I'd be fine.. spending the rest of my life with you..." she murmured into his chest.

Jason's eyes widened and his heart fluttered. "Are you sure?" he whispered, voice rasp with love.
He gazed deeply into her eyes.

Raela looked up at him, eyes wide with fear as she looked at her husband.
"Let it out," she whispered roughly. She knew what happened when you held in emotions and it was never good.

June looked away blushing, feeling bashful.
"Yeah... idiot... Why wouldn't I be... shuddup before I smack you.." She murmured hitting him weakly.

He shook his head.
"I'm fine." He murmured nuzzling her.

His eyes glowed happily as he cupped her cheek and brought her close, kissing her again softly.
"I was gonna wait till our anniversary...But, June..," he began, gazing deeply into her eyes. "Will you...Will you marry me..?"
His eyes were hopeful.

She brought him close, whimpering.
"James..," she whispered, his name on her lips like a plea.

June kissed him back, a hint of absolute joy in her kiss with a bit of fear.
"Yes... of course.. I.." She buried her face in his chest.
Fear and joy mixing themselves in the pit of her stomach.

James kissed her, his arms around her in, what he hoped, was a strong embrace.
"I love you..."

Jason then frowned.
"June...We don't..," he licked his lips. "We don't have to...if you don't want to."

Raela held him tightly and desperately.
"Let it out..."

June lifted her head and kissed him desperately, her hands reaching up and hugging him close.
She broke it after a minute.
"No.. I'm scared but I'm more scared of us being apart... It would kill me so much more to be without you for the rest of my life then tracked down.... I want to.. I'm just... you know my past... you know it's hard... I need to forget that. I want to start again and forget that old shit. I won't let it hurt me anymore." She said, blushing at the mushy stuff.

James bit his lip to choke back some tears.
"I can't... it will break me..." He whispered.

Jason nodded, stroking her cheek.
"Then let's start again together," he whispered, eyes hopeful.

Raela shook her head and pulled him into an embrace.
"I'll put you back together and then we'll save our boys."

June held him tight.
"We'll have on hell of a wedding night." She snickered.

James let a few tears go, but the flood came.
He held Raela tight and pressed his leaking face to her shoulders, his body shaking.
It hurt.
Everything was too much.

Jason's eyes widened as he grinned and kissed her deeply.
"So you will?"

Raela held him close, running her hands through his hair.

June snorted.
"What did you think all that crappy mushy stuff before was about... Of course I'll marry you... you'll be sorry though.. I have needs.." She said, hugging him.

James wiped his eyes at long last, his body shaking a bit at the exertion, it was so much to let out.
So much.
He felt empty.

"Nothing I can't handle," he murmured, holding her close.
His heart was fluttering happily.

Raela looked at him and brushed the remaining tears away.
"We'll get them back."

June yawned and nuzzled his chest.
"Good.. Cause I need you.." She murmured before falling asleep.

James nodded.
"Can... Can we sleep first?"
He was so tired.

[Cali]

"You can..," she whispered.
She wouldn't be able to sleep.

Jason chuckled and held her close.

"I need you by my side." He murmured, looking at her with hurting eyes.

Raela was pacing the living room, wearing a simple thin black tanktop, black jeans, black over the knee boots and a black leather jacket. Her arms were crossed underneath her breasts, her eyes firm.
"June, all I'm saying is I don't know if you should get involved. It's only going to put a bigger target on your back and that's not going to work if you two are going to spend the rest of your lives together."

June laughed and stood, stretching.
"Your concern is nice, really, but I can assure you it won't be a problem. I've been there, done that, my only concern is for you... Last rescue mission... well lets just say I'm not the one who ends up hurt, I'm trained to fight and evade." She looked at Jason with sad eyes, remembering that day.
She pulled her v-neck shirt down a bit and glanced down at her jeans.
"If we're going I'll have to slip back into my mission suit... hmm... that might be a bit tight... Don't worry about me, they won't dare to touch me.. I have... leverage."

[Cali]

Raela looked at her, eyes burning.
"Leverage? You think Leverage is gonna fucking stop them?!" she asked incredously. "They have our sons for god's sake!"

June raised an eyebrow.
Her voice grew serious.
"You think I would put my life in danger if I didn't think I could do something? I have killed more people than you have met and I know things that would break your little world. My leverage is that I don't kill every single one of them in Bioware by activating an army which I can any minute. Easily. Don't you dare doubt me, I know you're emotionally unstable, your boys are gone and you're scare but lashing out at me ain't gonna improve your situation so take a deep breath and calm the fuck down."
She bit her lip from saying anything else.
She curled into Jason's side after sitting down, she needed him to hold her.
She hated knowing, she hated remembering.

[Cali]

Raela spun and faced her. "Emotionally unstable!? If I was such, I'd be on twenty-four hour suicide watch!" she screamed at her, eyes slowly darkening.
She then clenched her hands. "You don't understand. You don't get it. You never will. You try having a major corporation rape you and kill your daughter before she can even have a sense of freedom!" Her voice was loud and broken, tears in her eyes.
She then looked away, staggering back. "Let's see how you act when your children get kidnapped one day. Try being in my shoes for one fucking day, June. I know, you probably wouldn't be able to last."
With that, she walked out of the house and shut the door behind her, standing on the front porch. She pulled a pack of cigarettes out of her pocket and quickly lit one, her hand shaking.

June closed her eyes and tried to breathe.
She got up and followed Raela and sat next to her, her face blank.
She grabbed the cigarette from her and ground the end onto the porch, extinguishing it.
"These can kill you, you know? Raela... please understand.. I know you don't like me.. it's cause we're different.. I tend to push things away... as far as possible.. and you tend to hold them close.. You don't know enough about me to say things like that but I understand why you did and I don't expect an apology. Not many people know much about me.. not even Jason... I'm gonna let you in on a little secret.. I know what you're going through.. all too well, I mean you probably went through a lot more than I, I wasn't that remarkable, but we're similar in situation.. I just chose not to let whats in the past effect me... I let myself choose what will happen.. If I am going to rescue your boys properly you must promise not to tell Jason how I know so much about that particular department nor that little bit of my past that I just told you.. We all have secrets Raela... some of us prefer to keep them that way." She murmured.
She stood and snatched the cigarette box from her and stared at them for a moment.
"These kill people...but they can bring the dead back to the living in the form of memories... funny.."
She walked away, texting Jason that she had to deal with some matters regarding the bookshop.
