Ember: "A nap would be amazing right now." i murmured. my eyes slid closed and i relaxed a bit.
"Well what do we have here? did my brat actually get a boyfriend?" a voice said, i jumped to my feet, staggering a bit. my dad was standing infront of us. i froze in terror.

Ember: i saw my dad wave his hand, and i went flying, litteraly. i slammed into the side of the roof entrance. he walked over to me. "Ready to go home yet?" he growled at mem kicking my rib cage.

ember: i saw ian shove my dad back. my dad glared at me, not wanting to fight anyone today. "and your boyfriend has guts. at least more then jason did." i clenched my fists, but stayed on the ground. i wasnt going to play into his hands.
"Shut up and leave." i said, trying to keep my voice even.
