In recent years, technology has progressed too fast, and in a deperate attempt to not corrupt society with the new weapons that were being made, the government has banned all companies specialising in technology and electronics, as well as any technology not government produced is made illegal. However, there are certain "inventors" that illegally create their own technology, for themselves, and to sell on the black market.

Bio: (just carry on from that paragraph ^o^)

Doctor Harlow Winsor is one of these inventors. At only 17, he is the youngest Doctor in America to graduate, having done so only two months ago. During the day, he is a well respected doctor at The Winsor Hospital, his father's old institute, but when he isn't working there, the blonde haired doctor spends countless hours building and inventing. The government currently doesn't suspect him, as he is so highly respected in the medical world. You could say that knowledge is his forte. He doesn't tend to get out much, and the black lines under his soft brown eyes reflect that. He usually invents for himself rather than for others, or to sell, so not many know him as this law-breaker. Although he specialises in medicine, he frets a lot when things go wrong, and is quite weak generally.

Tress-Jo wouldn't call herself a real inventor, but she helps. She's been delivering supplies to inventors all over the world ever since she was able to fake an id. or, her 15th birthday. She's only been delivering things 'underground' for a few years, but she's already learned a lot. From her travels, she has to know many different languages. Most call her the Adapter. Because she adapts so well. She has to. She's also learned from many inventors she's delivered to. So when she stops by to drop off the things the inventors ask for, she usually sticks around for a while to see if she can help. she doesn't have the expertise to actual create things, but she has the mind of an inventor. creative and always curious.
and sometimes, that curiosity gets her into trouble. a lot of it.

Phantom black was a smuggler. She always knows the big powerful people and the low down ones. She knows where to go and what to get. Not many people knew her real name not even her assitant Tress-Jo(would this be okay?). Phantom is a master of disguise she could start the day off as a girl and end it as a boy. She doesn't sell all the inventions, she keeps some for herself. She likes to adjust them and modify them sometimes when pay is low. Most people think she is a 5", long blonde curly haired, green eyed girl. No body is sure. At 17 she has lived seven of her years on the street, ten of her years as a lady. In which order, nobody knows. She is a shy person but can manipulate and act on a dime. Internally shes lonely and hates the pain of the black market, but she'll do what she can to get payed and stay off the streets. She's a frequent to pick up hurt and homless animals off the street and market she probably takes them to her home. Where that is, nobody knows.

On most days of the week Lara Falk is the picture of a talented young musician, playing various instruments in the most prestigious symphonies. Though many dub her a protege, she would not have had the means to accomplish her dream without her inventions. She is competitive and self-motivated, so that it is no wonder that ,at 18, she has achieved so much. It has not always been so easy. She grew up in the slums of a huge city where she learned to defend herself and her family from many dangers. Because of this, she is a good fighter, resourceful in a pinch. Her temper is all to quickly displayed in her hard grey, green flecked eyes, and impatience characterizes her actions. The dark haired young woman is rarely seen except when running in the mornings, and at rehearsals, because she spends much of her time inventing.

Harlow:
I had been up all night making this. Here, in my hands, I held a very ordinary, very messy looking coffee maker. The last time I had seen one of these was about 10 years ago. I smiled, feeling my eyes well up, but caught a glimpse of the clock next to me. "Eight fifteen? Eight fifteen?!" I threw the machine on the table, chucking on any old shirt and trousers. Did I ever get any sleep nowadays?

Lara:

I groaned as the alarm in my watch tweeted. The annoying F sharp blast was to much for anyone to ignore. Slowly, my face peeled free from the plans on my desk- I had fallen asleep sketching my newest invention, one that vaguely resembled a huge generator. I hurried to dress and set off to rehearsal, my flute and violin in tow.
The busy interstate was obviously not exactly fool proof, and a car in the opposite direction was determined to prove it. The last thing I remembered before he collided with me head on was a bright light and the grating sound of tires squealing.

(Of course not! As long as you invite mee!! xD But I think If we, edited it a little, and we included all of the character synopsises in it, it would make an AMAZING first chapter Or am I just deluded? )

Harlow: I finally arrived at the hospital, out of breath. You see, those of us who can't afford a government car have to walk two miles to work. Or run, in most of my cases. "Rita." I began, trying to recollect myself. "Any new assignments for today?" I asked her. She didn't even reply to me. I guess that's my punishment when I'm 20 minutes late... She just handed my a sheet of paper, and uttered one world. "Quickly." Her stern voice sent shivers up my spine as always, and I jogged up the stairs, trying to analyse the situation. Car crash... multiple injuries... patient is stable... I mean really, I could make better cars than our awful government. I mean, you think for an institution that ruled the globe, they'd be able to have a pretty decent team of inventors by their side.

Lara:

I moaned softly, as the darkness in my mind receded. I hurt everywhere! I struggled to figure out what had happened, but the only memories I had were leaving home, and driving. Did I crash?
As my head cleared, I tried to sit up, only to find that I was restricted by wires and IVs. Suddenly it hit me- I was in a hospital bed. My jumbled mind tried feverishly to conjure some reason that I would be in a hospital bed, without actually being in the hospital, but none were satisfactory. My breath quickened. I hated hospitals!

Harlow:

"And he shows up!" A deep voice mocks me as I walk in. I just shake my head, ignoring him, but I soon turn to him, seeing the patient in pain. "You didn't give her any drugs?!" I shoot, as he shrugs. "I'm not the doctor in charge of this patient. You are." I shake my head, whipping out a needle and injecting her with morphine.

Someone came into the room, and the doctors talked loudly. I tensed, ready to jump up, but one of them injected me with something before I could move. Once more I was welcomed by the monstes of unconsiousness.

Tress: I smile and thank the man quickly, ignoring the wink he gives me. I wait until I'm in my car to gag. ugh, some of my work was for such pervert, god. I flick down my visor just above my head. The mirror in any other car turned into an eye scanner. as soon as i'm logged in, i check where i have to go next. Somewhere East. [where ever Harlow is :3] I sigh, flicking the screen up and starting my car. I was dropping off some sort of converter.

Phantom: I changed my clothes into a nice pair of jeans and a T-shirt. It felt nice to not have to be strapped into my desguise today. Today I would go as me. I put some make up on and checked in the mirror. I hadn't seen that face in a while. I fed all ten of my critters, five dogs, four cats, and a monkey. I grabbed my keys and was off. I had to meet up with my assitant at noon. Today I shall be Sarah. Sarah Jones, a respectable waitress who has to deal in the black market to pay for her kids to go to school. Touching and believable. I started down the stairs when I tripped. A sickening crack flew through the air of the small town. I gasped in pain, I got up on one foot tears streaming down my face and hopped to my car. A visit to the doctor first, bussiness second.

Tj: I drum my fingers on the table, telling the waitress politely to just give me a few more minutes. Where was she? she was supposed to get here 15 minutes ago! and Phantom was never late. ever. I thought about calling her, but she told me never to call her. no matter what. only in emergencies. or if i simply had to. about resheduling or something.

Phantom: I waited in the waiting room myankle throbbing. I finally had to break down and call her. It would seem I wasn't going anywhere soon. I dialed her number on my cell. I waited for her to pick up.

Tj: I jump when my phone goes off. The waitress casts me an exasperated glance. I answer my phone quickly. "This is Jo," i answer. it's my code name in case someone tries calling me that i don't know or is trying to track me.

Phantom: "This is Phantom Black," I whisper, "I am busy and probably will be for god knows how long. Stupid doctors, anyway. Take the packages that should be at your door currently to the adresses on the sides, not the top. Got it?" I asked her.

Tj: I nod, then forget that she's not there. I clear my throat in embarrassment. "Uh, yeah, got it. Call me if anything comes up. or if you need a ride," i smirk. "catch ya later," i close my phone and get up. the waitress looks frustrated with me now. So i leave an extra tip for her.

Phantom: I sigh and look around the empty wait room. No one was even here! I started to play solitare on my phone. Stupid doctors. I silently cursed the doctor as I sat and played on my phone.

Tj: I get to the first stop and pick up the box from the back seat of my car. I stare at the funny shape of it. Hm..i wonder if this is the converter. Probably not. I was guessing the converter would probably in the normal, actual box looking one. It was adressed to a doctor. how cool, huh?

Phantom: I hated to wait, I could if I needed to but really? I probably had a broken ankle and they were making me wait. I didn't even have a stupid advil!

Tj: when i get to this abandoned looking house, i call Phantom back. "Phantom?" I ask warily was i really supposed to go in there?

Phantom: I picked up my phone interupting my game of solitare. "What? I was winning solitare, you made me quit." I said irratably.

TJ: I sigh. "Oh calm down. There's just this..um, scary house that i'm supposed to deliver something to.." i start. "Er...1313..13th...avenue...god, it just figures!" I snap, glaring at the adress
