In a world raging with war between humans and beasts there are few heroes, and fewer grand battles. Mass slaughter on both sides has sadly become a part of their everyday life. Husbands, sons, mothers, daughters, brothers, and friends all perish, and for what? No one even remembers why this prejudice began, though the history scrolls deem it the Dragons' Folly.

Eager to right their forefather's supposed wrongs, two female dragons stole away from their home and left each of their eggs as a gift to a young human. Thousands of lives and the balance of the world depends on each of them, though none are above the age of twenty.As the newborn dragons hatched and began to grow, they were secretly moved to a training school with their humans. After all, you could not expect them to fight great terror from both sides without any education.

Appearance: She has flaming red hair, and piercing grey eyes.Though she stands at only 5'6'', she can seem dangerous.

Personality: She's shy, quiet, and thoughtful with a good since of humor until she's needed. Then, she is transformed into a hard, courageous, stubborn fighter. he line between her personalities is very blurred.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class family. There where good times and bad ones, and she loves her family dearly. After her father went off to war, the egg arrived. She believes that her dad is still alive, and wants more than anything to find him.
Other: Beka is an unbeatable swords-woman, and nearly as good at kick boxing. Her weapon of choice is a long hand-and-half sword made of a dark steel.

Appearance: Iridesent, creme colored scales that reflect the colors around her. Lithe, almost serpentine body with well muscled limbs and huge membranous wings.

Personality: Tarrant is bold, opinionated, and decisive. He has a bit of a difficult time following orders.
History: He grew up in a rather privledged family. Unknown to most people, his mother was the actual head of the house. His father had severe bipolar disorder. This caused much stress and many problems for every member of the family.
Other: Tarrant is more skilled with long-range weapons such as the bow-and-arrow. He can sword fight if he needs to, but not with excessive skill.

Personality: out going, bold, speaks before she thinks, rash, sweet, quick, Likes to always have a plan, reckless, wild, doesn't relax often.
History: Was raised to be a lady, her mother died in child birth and her father raised her. She was always a bit more tomboyish activity wise, very girly to clothing choices.
Other: Skilling in hand to hand combat, hates to kill and values life. She detests hunting and only eats the standered meats to stay healthy.

Beka leaned far over Belyĭ's neck, adjusting the slim goggles over her eyes when they began to tear up from the wind. The girl's red hair streamed out behind her, as she smiled.
Muscles rippled under the dragon's irridescent skin, Belyĭ's every move marked by excitement. Her scales reflected the blue of the sky and the white of the clouds so well that they were often completely hidden, except for when they swooped low. The dark colors of the nearby forest exposed them.
Beka and her dragon spent many of their lunch hours in the sky rather than on the ground.
I'm going to go faster. Belyĭ warned her rider as she dived and flipped an soared through the heavens.
Beka just grinned wider.

Genna: I rode the horse into town clutching my necklace tightly. All I had to do was go out with my friends. I shuddered, soon my father had to find some suitors for me. Soon I had to be married.

I was so out of place here, everyone was tall and lean. I looked at my dragon that could have easily eaten me for a snack, no not even that, eaten me because he wasn't hungry. I was a speck compared to him. But we matched oddly, and he marked me. I crawled onto his back, he had to help I didn't have the muscle to do it myself. He lifted off, making a huge wind, and upward we soared.

Genna: One appearence, two hours in town, that was all, he promised me. This was my third visit this week. I could feel my pendant grow warm and shudder, like it was comforting me. I smiled, I loved this pendant, it was obviously magical.
