Terri-- "I-I'm so sorry!" I stuttered as the girl started me down cold. I thrust the paper towels I had been holding at her as she went back to wiping her skirt with her hands. "I'm fine," I said, talking to the girl that had just come up. "I don't know about her. I just spilled my ice cream all over her."

Joel: Ooh, sweet thing. Very sweet thing. *smirks at Terri* I'm Joel Yummie, but you can just call me Yummie. Anyway, need a hand?

Terri-- "I'd like that," I said, wiping the back of my hand across my forehead, where sweat had started to form. "Can you go get more napkins?" I bit my lip and smiled back at Yummie.

Joel: *steals a few napkins from Jaclyn and Danny* Here, I took these from my cousin's table. He won't mind. You're okay, right, sweet cheeks?

Terri-- "Yeah, I'm fine. I was just a bit preoccupied," I whispered, biting my lip some more. "It happens a lot, so I should be used to it, but I'm not." I smiled despite myself and gave the napkins to the girl. She scowled at me, grabbed her boyfriend's hand, and stormed out.

Joel: *ignoring the rude girl* Well, come sit with me. People keep coming and leaving me, so now you're my entertainment. Come on. *reaches for her hand*

Terri-- I let him grab my hand and pull me over to his table. "Where'd that girl you were with before go?" I said, my headache starting to come back. It was both good and bad. It meant I would remember a little more about my past, but it also hurt like hell. I clutched my head and closed my eyes tight.

Joel: *shrugs* I don't know. She'll be back. We're not dating, it's cool. You alright, hon?

Terri-- "Yeah," I said, smiling devilishly. "Now I am." I had remembered everything. That was quick, I thought. I looked up at the blackening sky and my smile became wider.

Joel: So, sweetie, what brings you here? *oblivious*

Terri-- "God kicked me out of heaven," I said, leaning back in my chair and locking my hands together behind my head.

Joel: *confused* Are you being sarcastic or serious?

Terri-- "I'm being completely serious. I'm a fallen angel," I said, smiling at Joel. "Scared?"

Joel: Me, scared of a pretty lady? Unheard of. But seriously, why did you come for ice-cream? You already look sweet enough the way you are.

Terri-- "Wow. That was corny," I said, wrinkling up my nose. "I came because there's nothing better to do. I just got out of the hospital and since my back is all stitched up, I can't really move around too much.

Joel: *understanding* Oh, so you actually fell... ouch. That must have hurt. Need a kiss for your boo-boo so you'll feel better? *realizes she's called him corny* I'm not that corny, just honest.

Terri-- Throwing my head back I laughed. "Yeah, ouch. Do you even know how far away heaven truly is? And, no, I don't need a kiss from you. My scars are fine. The wings'll grow back soon, and then I can finish what I started."

Joel: *shrugs* Just trying to help. Well, how about I make this heaven on earth and hang out with ya until you're better? How does that sound?

Terri-- "Sounds good," I said, deciding to make this human's life hell on Earth. "Let's leave this place though. Ice cream is too cold for me."

Joel: Cool. Let me just tell my cousin where I'll be. *turns to Danny* Danny, I'm going for a walk with a cutie. Be nice to Mommy.
Danny: *still talking to Jaclyn*
Joel: *turns back to Terri* Alright then, let's go. What do you want to do?

Terri-- "I don't know. What do you want to do?" I asked, pushing back from the table and standing up, being careful not to hurt my back.

Joel: You're the one who wanted to leave.

Terri-- "And your point is?"

Joel: Well, if you want to leave so much, pick where you want to go! *grins*

Terri--I roll my eyes and sigh dramatically. "You really expect me to know what's in this hillbilly town. You gotta remember, I just fell a week ago and got out of the hospital today..."
