How is everyone's day going? Gonna do anything fun? All my "fun" consists of handing out suckers, if kids even come around, and catching the 2011 Halloween eggs on dragoncave.

Last night happened to be an eye opener for me. Upon running out of suckers (my sister only bought a tiny bag because we thought there weren't going to be any kids at all.) we saw people giving the kids food and drinks. We pulled out our toothpaste (my sister, again, is one of those coupon people who buys stuff for free. We had like a giant wall of the stuff.) and bags of popcorn and oatmeal. I could not believe my eyes when the kids got happy for receiving the food and toothpaste. It made me sad and I was totally ready to invite all of them in for dinner. I remember when I was a kid and went trick or treating. If someone handed me something other than candy they got a weird look and a "...Thanks." And I'd go home and give it to my mom or someone else or the trash can.

:O yeah halloween has gone down hill for sure lol. I dun even go anymore xp mostly for other reasons, but it's lost a lot of the meaning it used to have. Hopefully soon it will return to what it used to be .
