We were pretty close throughout our childhood, our parents being the best of friends, though unlikely friends at that. We had a few good years together, many scares along the way but they were overlooked with smiles as we were still together. Together and safe, for the most part.
That was... until the accident.
Our parents had survived so much, even fighting specially trained soldiers couldn't put them down.
Turns out a bad enough crash could get them all, pretty quickly too.
We were all about in our early teens or preteens, too young to lose a parent.
As we were still kids we were shipped off to foster homes or new families to live, to grow up. That's what we did.
As young adults, who know the real truth about the world, no matter how much we want to forget, we live as best we can. We had pretty good lives to grow up in, for the most part, guardians that took care of us and decent homes, decent education. Nothing that was ever too horrible or life threatening, for once we felt normal, truly safe, though burdened with the sorrow of our parents deaths. Some of us forgot about it, some remind themselves every day to be strong, some deal with it when they need to.
Any which way, we lived seperately, only hazy memories to remind us of each other.
Until we felt a pull. A mental tug to a location and an inexplainable need to go there.
So we do.
A nice little park in England, a bit off the beaten path.
We had that tug to follow. And so we go.

Angel walked slowly, following the pull she had. She gazed around the park, in awe of the British park. She sighed softly, fingering the locket around her neck. She didn't remember her brothers and sister all that much, but she remembered enough. She wondered why she was here.

Taylor sat on a bench with her hands in her peacoat, one leg crossed over her other as she closed her eyes. She felt the wind chill the slightly revealed parts of her skin. She sighed. She was confused by the pull and thought about it for a while as she looked up to the grey sky.

Declan stretched as he strolled into the little park, pretty unsure about the reason why he had to go there but the mental tug was clear. He sensed others in the park, familiar minds though he couldn't place them, and the unmistakeable mind of his brother burned nearby.

Benji wiped the sweat from his forehead in a gruff sigh and stomped into the middle of the park, he had been forced to spend his hard earned money on a stupid trip to England. He wouldn't have gone if not for the completely annoying tug that had given him sleepless nights for the past couple weeks. He couldn't take it anymore.

(also, I didn't mean to make you cry.. but I guess it's kind good I can elicit some sort of emotion out of my work.. )

Taylor straightened as the tug got stronger and a few familiar presences burned. She looked around, standing slowly.

Angel paused for a moment, looking around with wide eyes that were still young. A frown set on her face as she continued to walk, gulping and almost wincing from the tug.

Declan looked up to see a rather familiar girl infront of him. Could she be..?
"Taylor?" He called out.
He had little doubt in his head.
She had lost the baby fat and the little kid face he remembered her with but that was still her, her mental presence being the same as ever.

Benji grimaced, that damn tug.
"Fuck.. I'm going crazy.." He grumbled, kicking a rock from his path.
He looked up and saw a rather confused looking girl.
What was she doing here?

Taylor turned at the sound of her name with a soft gasp.; and then she felt that presence. "D- Decky..?" she questioned, tears welling up.

Angel looked towards the young man near her and felt that pull tighter and stronger than ever. A name came to mind and she took a chance. "Benji..?"

Declan sped up into a jog and hugged Taylor tightly, laughing as he did. He never thought he'd see her again.
"Taylor... How have you been, sister? It's been forever!" He exclaimed after releasing her.

Benji looked up with a bit of a frown, who was this chick? He rubbed his face with a sigh, if it was one of those one night stands he was screwed.
"Uh... Yeah? Who are you?" He asked taking a few steps forward.
That pull was starting to hurt, which slapped a well placed grimace on his stubbly face, and he was jet lagged.
How could he know a woman who lived in England?
Thinking wasn't really going well.

Taylor smiled tearfully at him, happiness in her eyes. "I...I've been well...I...I can't believe it's you..!" She let out a sob, hugging him again tightly.

Angel gasped softly, tears filling her eyes. "Benji-nii...it's me..." Angel was the only person to call her older brother that.

Declan paused in their joyful reunion to look up, he sense others nearby. Emotions were flooding into his view and the bright colors flared up.
"Taylor... I sense.. Others.. Do you want to check?" He asked quietly, still hugging her tight.

Benji frowned a bit, the name reminding him a bit of a memory. A distant memory. He shook his head. It couldn't be..
"Angel? Is... Is that you?" He asked, astonished.
She had grown so much since he had last saw her, she was nothing more that seven when they had seperated.

Taylor nodded, taking her younger brother's hand tightly. Though she was a few years older than him and his twin, she could have been considered younger. The way she looked up to them was remarkable. "Yeah..," she murmured, "We should."

Angel let out another sob and ran towards him, hugging him tightly. She trembled as the tears fell quickly, clinging to her older brother. "Benji-nii..," she whispered in disbelief. "It's you...it's really you..!" she gasped.

Declan then smiled but cautiously made his way over to where he sensed Benji. There he was hugging a girl with a shocked look on his face, she was clinging to him and sobbing.

Benji hugged her, eyes still a bit wide from surprise. How could it be? Was this what the incessant pulling feeling was? A ploy to get them together? But that would mean.. He looked around to see Declan with Taylor, holding hands and smiling.
He smiled back.
A miricle? No. But that was a thought for another time.

Taylor looked over and grinned as she saw her twin but that smile faltered when she noticed the blonde female with him. Her eyes welled up with tears again as her bottom lip trembled.
"A-Angel..?"

"Tay..?" the younger sister of the three whispered in shock, her face twisting to one of desperation. She broke away from Benji and raced to her older sister and brother, hugging them both tightly as she cried.

Benji stood there, still in shock.
What was going on?

Declan, on the other hand, was grinning. They were back together, he felt the pull let itself go, well, not completely but the urgency was gone. There was a still light tugging feeling still there but he thought none of it as their reunion called for drinks.
"Who wants to go out for a dinner?"

Taylor pulled away and looked at her siblings, grinning. "I'd like that."
"Me too," Angel agreed, her hand tight around Taylor's.

Declan waved them to follow him and it wasn't long until they piled into a taxi, the nearest pub being their destination.
Declan hummed happily along to the radio as they were driven, it was a good day, he was glad he left.
"Everyone here is old enough to drink, yes? I know Benji is... But Taylor? Angel? You guys good?" He asked looking back.

Taylor nodded then looked to Angel. She frowned a little to see her younger sister looking glum. "Ang..?" she asked softly.
"I have a fake ID...that count?" she answered.

Benji grinned lightly, almost mischievously, he knew she got that wild streak from him. He had his fair share of parties and wild times, though Declan was always one to drag him out of things and back home, saving his hide when he could.
Though when they were separated things changed, Declan wasn't there to save his ass and Benji had to learn a lot of things the hard way. With his memory turned bitter he turned to Delcan.

Declan gave Angel a disaproving look, those things only got you into trouble. Suddenly he felt a swell of big brother protectiveness. What had she been doing with that ID? Why did she have it? Who gave it to her?
"No. It certainly does not. I... I won't ask how you got it or why.. just.. just promise me not to use it again unless your life depend on it.. okay?" Declan answered, a bit pleadingly.
"Let's just got out for some food then. That might even prove to be better." He murmured as he directed them out of the park.

"Don't worry, Declan. I haven't used it in a while. Sorry, to disappoint you again," the blonde replied almost bitterly, keeping her azure gaze facing the window.
The brunette frowned and looked to her brothers questioningly. She then looked to her younger sister again. "Angel..? What happened during the time we split up?"
"You got sent to loving homes and had an education. I got sent to a shitty one and ran back home to live with June and Jason."

Declan frowned at the windshield, confused.
June and Jason had... died too.
Didn't she know that?
Or... Or did she run away only to find out... Oh.
Declan clenched his jaw and furrowed his brow sadly, it must have been hard for her, the poor thing. He then thought of his twin, she and Benji were rather similar, weren't they?

Benji snorted at Angel's scorn, her lash out. From the sound of it she didn't do too well in the growing up sector, though she still was a kid to him. Benji understood her though.
"So you found out they were dead and ended up living on your own then?" He asked bluntly.
"Cause that is probably why you think your childhood was horrible, or shitty as you like to call it. You were still pretty young when you were sent to yours right? I was thirteen and I didn't even get a bed." He said with a humorless laugh.
"Benji..." Declan said softly, just enough to stop his twin from exploding.
Declan had gotten a pretty good deal out of it, he was placed in a good family, an older couple, and went to a good school, all the things that Angel had said.
Benji hadn't.
Funny how things turned out.
Even with their parent's friends they all only got the luck of the draw, though he knew that the friends would have never let anything truly bad happen to anyone of them. Declan remember when he almost got mugged, several times in fact, where a mysterious figure saved him and took care of the thug.
More than just luck there.

"You think your life was so hard? You had memories to hold on to. You had ways to contact each other. Me? I had nothing. I had absolutely nothing!" the younger blonde retorted and suddenly opened the car door, getting out while the Taxi still drove.
"Angel!" Taylor cried as the Taxi stopped. She quickly got out and ran to her sister.

Declan grimaced at the badly handled situation and paid the cabby, tugging along the reluctant and grumbling Benji with him. They followed the girls to another little park, one with benches were Angel sat crying into Taylor's arms.
Before Declan could open his mouth to produce soothing words Benji stepped forward, his arms crossed.
Declan already could tell what he was going to say, he also knew he couldn't stop him.
"Let's not play this little game of who had it worse. It's stupid and everyone ends up sad, lonely, and bitter. Believe me, I've played it enough. Let's not ruin this happy reunion with harsh words either. I don't really care right now how badly you were treated in the past because it's in the past. There is nothing I can fucking do about it, nothing you can do about it. What is done, is done. Let's just go get some food. I'm starved." Benji announced evenly.
He raised an eyebrow.
He knew how she felt, he had felt it too, before when he was still.... wild, he knew it wouldn't help anything. He tilted his head and waited for the response, having caused a stunned silence.
