The Silent Ones (Characters)

There is a group of children; some would call them psychics, some would call them prophets, some would call them freaks. Why this massive range of labels? These children are special. They are the Silent Ones. Oddly enough, the Silent Ones are the ones who most often disrupt classes in school, the ones who are always talking, the ones who seem to hate silence. It is not that they fear Silence itself, they fear what happens during it. When all is quiet, the Silent Ones recieve visions. They see the cause of past tragedies, they see things happening now elsewhere in the world, they see the future. They know the truth.

The Silent Ones write down or draw pictures of their visions in notebooks, and then try their best to forget about them. These notebooks, called Tomes of Truth, remain secret, their contents known only to the Silent One who wrote them. Now, someone has been attempting to steal the Tomes of Truth.

The children have to band together and stop this unknown foe. If someone other than a Silent One were to read the Tomes, they would have power enough to destroy the foundation of all society and, ultimately, the world.

Appearance: Amara has red-orange hair that falls just below her shoulder blades. She has large green eyes that are almost always shining in excitement. She has a lean, athletic build that comes from BMX racing.

Personality: Amara is energetic and willing to try anything. She sometimes has a nasty temper. She is loyal and willing to protect those she cares about.

What Type of Visions: Amara can see the truth behind past tragedies.

Long (mid-back) natural blond curly and frizzy hair usually worn up in a pony tail with a head band, curvy, short(5"),emerald eyes that are framed by green rectangular bottomless glasses, Long lashes that almost never wear mascara, full lips that curve up at the corners that almost always wear a sparkly pink lip gloss, always has a strange pattern with nail polish on nails, tons of scribbles on hands or paint but they are always grafitied, wears jeans almost everyday with colorful tops which sometimes have graphics.

Personality:Shy to new people, outgoing, Loud, annoying at times, funny, super stubborn

So do people who are present truth people know the truth that day? Or is it another day?

i think they know when they can tell when somones is telling the truth but not untill the night.

Basically, if someone lied to them that day, they would realize it that night. If that makes sense.

Appearance: Short shaggy black hair that covers her bandaged blind eyes. Her clothes are simple but trendy with black skinny jeans, a black under shirt with a baggy white one on top. Tall and pale; she has many piercings including one reaching from her ear to her mouth. A bit of an emo, her wrists has a few scars but she's determined not to do it anymore, but her farsight depresses her and so yeah...

Personality: Keeps herself to herself and doesn't talk too much, the people around her does it for her. The Silence doesn't particularly worry her, she just gets on with it. She keeps two books, one for farsight, another for her sketches that she does; despite the fact that she's blind she is a surprising good artist.

Appearance: Tall and slender he has shaggy skater style white hair with piercing amber eyes. He dresses smartly but with a bit of an edge; just like his personality. He has pale skin with a fair few freckles. A few piercings including a distinctive amber lip ring.

Personality: Quite outgoing and loud, but he knows when to shut up. He's protective of his little twin sister, Silver and will guard her until the end. He keeps his tome in a satchel with all is other books, but he never lets his bag escape his sights.
