He tore open the bag feeling his eyes turn black with hunger. He devoured the contents quickly and sat panted on the ground trying to stop himself from sinking into a frenzy.

Anya looked at the bag then at him. "You need more then that, I know you." She said softly, crouching down infront of him. She pushed her hair away from her neck and looked at him. "Take from me. I trust that you wont kill me and you need it."

Brandan reached his hands forward and brushed her neck gently. He winced and looked away.
"No. I have more.. They're in my bag... Can you.. Get some out.. I'm.. I'm fine." he murmured.

"Brendan," Anya sighed and held his hand against her palse. "It will be quicker and easier if you just take from me right now. We'll get to the hotel room, and I'll rest. We can save your blood suply." Her voice trembled slightly as she spoke, but she shifted closer to him anyway.

He quivered but gently pulled her close into a hug like embrace. He carefully bit down into her neck, sucking her sweet blood into his throat. He pulled her closer feeling the ecstasy of a blood frenzy .

Anya trembled in his arms and wrapped her own around him. Her heart was pounding in her chest and she let her eyes close. He pulled her closer and her breath seemed to leave her. adrenaline rushed through her as he bit her, and part of her longed for it. Why was that? Why did she long for this from him?
Because it made her feel alive. It told her that he was still there and she was still safe. She pressed herself against him closer and calmed her breathing.

Brandan pulled himself away from her and wiped his mouth
"I'm sorry." he muttered.

Anya slowly let her eyes open and looked up at him. "Dont be." She whispered softly to him, her arms still around him. She was a little woozy from his taking from her. "Sorry...is just a word...it doesnt mean anything..." She said slowly, remembering him saying something similar to that to her.

"..I don't want to hurt you.." he growled.

Anya laughed lightly. "i'm not hurt. Just a bit dizzy. I'm fine really. This isnt the worse you have done to me, or even close." She stood up slowly and picked up her bag again. "We should...we should keep moving."

Brendan stood and shouldered his bag quickly. He started walking again with renewed vigor.

Anya walked behind him, slower and dizzier than before. She stumbled a few times, but she managed to stay on her own two feet for the most part. Maybe him drinking from her wasn't her brightest idea yet.

Brandon turned and sighed. "i'll carry you if you can't walk."
He felt remorse from stealing her precious blood but he knew she offered it. Yet he felt.. Guilty for accepting it.
He shook his head.

Anya looked up and met his eyes. "That would be nice..." she stumble again and placed her hand against a tree to steady herself. She took a breath an looked at him.

Brandon easily picked her up bridal style and strode forward. They reached the highway in a matter of minutes and flagged down a taxi in five. The hotel was the best you could get as well as the room.

Anya wrapped her arms around his neck and rested her head on his shoulder. She closed her eyes and relaxed. When they got to the room, she looked up again. She scanned the room and saw the only one bed. It made sense, their backstory was that they were a just married couple. They would only have one bed.
The bed had rose petals scattered and a bottle of expensive wine on one of the dressered. If anya wasnt so tired and out of it, she probably would have blushed.
"Well...This is nice." She finally said.

"You get the bed I will sleep on the floor." he said as he set her on it.
"do whatever you want with the wine." he added hastily.
Him alone with a human and drunk was not a good idea.

Anya looked up at him when he put her down. "Its fine. The bed is big enough to share." She said in a somewhat small voice. She didnt want to make him sleep on the floor.

He shook his head. "Not until I'm used to you and your scent, I might have a midnight snack by accident."
He snatched a pillow and tossed it on the ground.
"Sleep tight."

Anya nodded to what he said and crawled under the covers. "Night." SHe whispered to him as she let her eyes close. She driffed off easily, but tensely. She would toss every now and then becaues of the nightmares and a few soft wimpers would escape her.

Brandon slept like a rock; cold, hard, and dead.
No dreams.
No thoughts.
Just regeneration.

Anya woke up suddenly after her last night mare, her breathing heavy. She wiped her eyes and looked over to the floor where Brendan was. she got out of bed and went over to him, laying down next to him but not close enough that they were touching.

Brandon's nose twitched, predator senses stirred, he jolted awake. He sat up with his muscles tensed and he hissed, his fangs released.
He sat panting for a moment only to turn and see a very frightened Anya.
"sorry.." he panted, "I told you so.."

"It...its alright. I was scared before you went all...Fangy." She explained, keeping her head down and inched away from him. "I'm sorry..." It was getting harder for her to sleep at night. The night mares kept getting scarier and more vivid.

Brandon sighed and fell back down.
"If you need to sleep next to me go right ahead. Just don't touch my face." he warned.

Anya nodded and cruled against his side. "Of course." she told him softly. "thank you." her eyes closed again and she took his hand. She drifted off yet again, this time falling into a very deep slumber.
