Brandon smirked as he felt her lean closer to his hand, she was braver than the rest. Most of them shied away from him which in turn only made him want to antagonize them further. He reveled in being their biggest fear at times, it was the only thing that had made him smile for a while. Soon he realized that it was childish behavior and stopped although he did like to scare them once in a while.
He brushed her hair away from her neck and brought his face close to to her ear. "are you scared?"

Lily leaned back and sighed, she wouldn't be Brocken by the monsters. She refused to let them get to her, she wouldn't give in to their cruel pretty faces and their bottomless eyes.
She shuddered remembering the cold touch on her back as she was being dragged away. She bent down an focused on her scrubbing, she hadn't been fed on yet but she didn't want to find out how it felt like if it was for shoddy work.

Orion's eyes jerked up to see Anya. "What?" He asked, the words coming out a bit harsher than he anticipated. He wasn't one to let people disrespect him or his kind and he took it to heart.

Raz shrugged. "It was no trouble, just a flesh wound, he smiled lightheartedly.

Feria swallowed quietly. "No," she said, but it didn't come out as more than a shaky whisper, betraying her a little. She didn't want to seem scared. Maybe if she wasn't, she thought, he might not bite her. That was the goal here, to stay alive.

Sirene walked cautiously down the halways towards her master. He'd tried to bite her earlier. She knew that was part of being a servant but it still terrified her.

Anya nearly stopped when he snapped at her, but kept walking to him. She bowed out of respect and kept her eyes to the ground. "I wanted to apologize for snapping at you earlier. And I was wondering if there was a way to earn your forgiveness." she mumbled softly.

Dakota nodded. "Thank you again. Is there anything else you wanted?"

Brandon let his teeth graze the girls neck like he did with his servant earlier. "Your voice doesn't seem so sure, why would your master let you run around all alone. There a people who might try to.. Hurt you." he whispered letting his fangs bite into her neck just enough to draw a dribble of blood before turning to his servant.
"Hello Sirene, would you be so kind to escort this lady back to her master with... My apologies." he said smoothly.
Even though it was posed as a question he knew she knew it was an order.

Lily scrubbed the floors with renewed vigor; she wouldn't let herself be broken. She said it once and she'd say it again. She would survieve until she wanted to die and only then. She was in control of her body.

Feria pulled her hand away from the girl and started the other way, to her room, her original destination. She walked past Brandon, her fingers lingering on the hem of her shirt and bit her lower lip a little. She got into her room and slipped off her shirt, taking a moment to look for a replacement.

Raz cocked an eyebrow. "Is there a specific reason you're staying in your room?" he asked and stood up.

Orion shrugged, half turning away and working on binding the rest of a leather bound book on a desk. There wasn't really anything she could do... Except take obedience lessons.

"To relax, give Arisa some room," Dakota shrugged. "Caught up on some reading." He glanced out the window again.

"Are you sure there is nothing? I can't grab you something to drink?" Anya asked, taking a hesitant step closer to him. She felt out of her element as she tried to be plesant and nice to the vampire.

Dakota tensed seeing Jeff cross a court yard. "What is he doing here?" He asked alound, standing and looking out the window. "Raz, do me a favor? Go find Ree-" He stopped to corect himself. "Find Arisa and keep her out of sight. Please."

Reese worked silently to finish the dishes she started. Someone came in behind her but she kept working. The person came up and wrapped an arm around her. "Hello Arisa." The person whispered in her ear. Shivers went down her spine as she reconized the voice.
"Hello Master Jeff." She shakely said back to him, putting down the dish rag and the dish she was washing.

Dakota went after him and grabbed his arm to stop him. "I cant save her from this. Jeff and i got into an argument a coupple days ago. Infront of the council. I proved him wrong and now i fear he will want revenge by going for her. If she is with me it will make matters worse for her. Please Raz, I wouldnt ask if it wasnt important to me."
