The world is full of secrets, ones that may or may not be spread for others to hear, ones that could be the key to something...bigger.

Here a group of teens, each with a secret that they have kept to themselves their whole lives, come together unknowingly. Their secret? They’re not exactly like the rest of the world around them: they have powers...and wings... Yep, definitely not like the other people. That’s why when a mysterious letter crops up with a scholarship and date to be there, they pack their suitcases and head to the place on to map with just a feeling in their gut guiding them to Skylark College.

“Skylark College – For the Gifted and Talented Teens” seems like a perfectly innocent title for a school but something is definitely up within its perfectly manicured lawns and iron gates. The building is a manor house from historic times, complete with stables and a fountain feature on the coast of England though in the countryside, surrounded by trees and fields of green. Everyone has their own room though they’re all close together and on the same floor, ready for their own stamp on the decor.

Everyone is just coming into the college, getting their in their own ways. On the grand flight of stairs to the front of the manor is where everyone will meet and so forth...and is the location for the beginning of the chat.

- I kinda want this chat to be relaxed with no heavy storyline blah blah blah because I find that they get boring after a while
- No controlling other people’s characters unless they give permission
- Try and keep the genders even
- I’ll do the first post when a few people have joined, but if like only one person joins after a while, I’ll start it then
- Romance allowed but it’s not the main aim. If you’re going to go...then just shut the door behind you guys
- Swearing is allowed if it’s not every other word. The odd bit to make it realistic is fine

History/Bio: Theo comes from a respectable family who do very well for them self. Tho is a capible fight and scholar he figures if your going to do something do it right the first time
How did you find out about your power?: One day when Theo was younger he was in a car accident and when they took him to the hospital and tryed operating his skin turned to stell and it caused a huge insident his parents paid to keep everyone quiet

Power: She can teleport anywhere within two miles of where she is/was.

Hair: Beach blond wavy hair that falls to her mid back and has bright orange highlights on the tips and on her bangs that usually cover her right eye.
Eyes: very very blue eyes, looks like glacier water.
Skin: a pale tan color
Wings: She has pitch black wings the wings themselves are shaped kind of like an owl's wings are but she doesn't know for sure.
Clothing Style: She always wears a wristband, usually different each day, and her closet is full of graphic T's ( think hot topic stuff minus the goth stuff if you have seen the stuff) and she almost always is wearing a plaid skirt.
Other: She has an obsession with ninjas and dinosaurs.

History/Bio: She grew up in a house where she was an only child living in a neighborhood where all the houses but hers was big and fancy. Her father worked as newspaper writer until he got fired and her mom, a nurse, was the only one supporting the family.
How did you find out about your power?: She didn't want to move so she started crying and soon found herself in her favorite spot, the playground, in the middle of the night.
Anything Else?: she likes to dye her hair tips different colors.....

Hair: Blonde and short. But not buzz cut

Skin: Pale but tans easily

Clothing Style: Jeans, and Nikes. He wears tight long sleeve shirts, and a white ski jacket with red sporty stripe-like lines on it.
Other: He muscular and despite the tight shirts he doesn't show it off, he rather not.

Family: He has a mom and dad... but they abandoned him and his sisters on a trip to Germany to visit distant family. He is the only boy in a set of triplits. They are fraternal but all look alike.
History/Bio: He was abandoned on a trip to Germany and seperated from his sisters. Four guys mugged him, leaving him with just his ski jacket, literally. He was lost and alone, and beat down. He used to be quite skinny, so to make up for loosing everything he gained muscle.
How did you find out about your power?: When he was alone in Germany he was getting food, and well he had no money. So he stole. He was running away (this is after the muscle gaining) and in his quick escape he ran right through a wall.
Anything Else?: He doesn't like being mad, or being beat. Being bullied or people bulling others really bothers him. He can come across as a tough guy but is really a softy. He doesn't talk much about his past in Germany.

Sorry, I've had a busy two weeks, last week being work experience and I've been too knackered to start this up. And as a heads-up I'm going to be gone for another two or three weeks next week on holiday, but I might be on if I find a wi-fi hotspot or sonething...

Other: Tends to cast an illusion so you can't see hee wings
Family: Her split-up parents and a little brother. She lived with her mum though
History/Bio: During her parents separation she went through a lot. She lost her way and became quiet and enclosed. She made an imaginary friend in her head that, despite her age, kept her happy and secure.
How did you find out about your power?: One night, she woke up with a boy, weeping at the end of her bed, called Toby. She, after years of childish ignorance and a few shrinks, grew to the idea that she might be crazy until it all came to her in a dream.

Typical.
Rain poured down from the sky, normal for the Great British country. No one particularly wanted to be standing in the downpour, but unfortunately for one person, it was more than necessary. Tall, slender and a little more than ancient, her face was tighter than a balloon dog's butt, obviously artificial. Her wrinkled hand clasped onto the wooden curved handle of an umbrella.
She was perched on the stairs, peering into the slight fog that had misted around the grounds, giving her a terrible view of what car was going to be pulling up next. Already, there had been a few people, but not all of them; she hoped that all of them would turn up. If not, then it would only have affected them.
Suddenly, from the depth of the haze, a silhouette pulled through; she brushed away any dirt that dared to cling to the pale grey of her skirt suit. Pulling a smile to her squashed face, she peered to see who it was next.
