This is Fallen Rose's idea! Right, this is a remake of an old(ish) thread because now there's a plot etc.

This city looks normal, in the day that is. In the night this place looks completely different, like a new life has sprung from it's seams. Most people here now understand what makes this city tick, but new-comers here tend to drift.
The main society here is called The Hearts, each one with their own places and rules. They are the rulers of this city, with the Endless in command of all of it's people. The Endless is the person that rules the whole city in fact with others coming underneath and The Hearts being their 'advisor'. Everyone wants a high rank, something to cling onto and something to get them through life in this city. People of lowly ranks sometimes seek protection from those higher. In return? They their slave.
Times in this city are growing harsher and so are it's people.
Rumours of this so-called Deja Cell; the asylum in this city and the ultimate threat and price to pay. No-one exactly knows what's happening here, some say not even the Endless knows, but either way whoever dares to edge close gets themselves lost forever. Were do they go? No one exactly knows, but no one asks. No one.

Titles:

1. Endless (The ruler of the city. People try and kill to get this position with little winning. Only one at a time).
2. Bondless (They rule some of the city but still have to obey the Endless at all times).
3. Painless (The imperial guards; they're high ranking warriors of the Bondless and Endless).
4. Tearless (They are the lowest ranking warriors, guarding the Bondless)
5. Trustless (They are traitors of The Hearts and their order).
6. Friendless (They are spies of The Hearts and their order).
7. Sleepless (They are thieves of The Hearts and their order).
8. Memoryless (They are strong members that are not Bondless or the Endless).
9. Breathless (They are showgirls, dancers and entertainers of The Hearts).
10. Warless They are weak members and slaves of the Memoryless).
11. Nameless (They are weak members without protection of the Memoryless).
12. Skinless (They are outsiders, the lowest of the low and do not do as the Endless or Bondless say).

Species: No one really knows... Some say she's a hybrid of about five different things, but she doesn't tell anyone.

Personality: Quite secretive and doesn't tend to mix with ours. As far as she can see you're better off on your own.
Looks: She has short bobbed white hair and piercing amber eyes. Her skin is slightly tanned. She wears dark colours and is many-layered, the top being a coat with a high enough collar to zip up to cover her mouth.
Bio: Ilia doesn't like to talk about her past; it isn't important and never will be.

Personality: He's loyal and willing to do anything for anyone higher. Sharp, snappy and witty and tends to hiss at people a lot. Never wrong.
Bio: Lupine has always been a mystery; no one knows a lot about him yet no one dares to ask. To be honest he isn't sure himself of his life before he turned into a vamp and exactly how long he has been in this form. One things for sure though is that he's studying up to find out, hence why he is so damn witty.

okay lets start

sterling: being stuck with my advisors all day almost bored me to death so i walk the streets to clear my mind and trying to spot my friend vage

vage: hiding amoung the shadow watch all the people in the street i saw sterling i knew he want to see me

Atlantia: I stood in a shadowy ally hoping no one would come down here, I couldn't change that fast.

sterling: i saw someone in the shadowy ally i thought it could be vage so i started towards it to see who it is

Atlantia: " Oh crap!" I said turning on my hooves and trying to run down the ally fast and change at the same time.

sterling:" vage?" i called out once in the ally i hope it was she but it looks like it wasn't

Atlantia: I spread my wings and flew into a hotel with a hole in the side.

sterling: i turn back to the street ut then from the corner of my eye i saw vage

vage:" sterling you we can't be hanging out as friend knowing your endless and i'm skinless "

I dropped just infront of him, a cane clasped in hand. Though my new blue velvet suit was rather plush, it was already dirty.
"You should be with The Hearts. They're your advice, why not heed it?"
We both new that ever since he was a child I was there. Everyone doesn't know my age and never will do; the only thing was the simple matter that I knew more about this city than anyone else.
