Daiya shook his head to her, clenching his jaw as he felt life leave a few more men in the house. How could he feel that?
Why could he feel that.
"Not my blood. And Hi." He answered gruffly.

Lilac squealed and plastered herself against the wall.
Death.
She could smell it everywhere.
And blood.
It made her grip the wall harder as her flight and fight instincts fought with each other inside her. But Erick.
He.. He was trying to help her.

Lilac flinched as blood splattered her.
Human blood.
She opened her mouth in a silent scream.
She liked it.
Her hand slowly came up to wipe her face but it's shaking only made her smudge it around. Her body started to shake.

Valyrie reached out a comforting hand to her mate, having picked up traces of what he felt. "It's okay," she said softly, leaning forward to peck him on the lips for encouragement.

Erick raced over, seeing her panic, not sure when he'd begun to care about the werewolf, but he had. He was so scared she was hurt in that moment, that he clutched her and said, "Lilac, Lilac, love what's wrong?"

Daiya closed his eyes tightly hoping it would all be over soon, her lips brushed against his and he stiffened lightly. He was still surprised about the affection she gave him, he was still waiting her to return to hating him.
It was a wonderful kind of strange but the way lives like little candles were blown out in his head made his musings of his feelings drop. More death.
He looked at the dead around him and shuddered.
The men had come at him on his way back from the kitchen and.. and he lashed out. His body had flared up into a monster, his hands were closer to weapons.
He just killed. Each on that he felled, either by shadow or hand or other wise, he felt their dying breath and he absorbed it.
He couldn't tell if his hands were covered in blood or not, the skin having turned black.
He was much more like a shadow now.
"I'm fine.. just.. let's try to get them all out of the house..where's Lila? She's not good to be on her own.. oh gods.. she'll be a mess, remember what happened with the woodland animals?.." He said, going from slightly morose to panicked.

Lilac looked at her now bloodied hand and up at him, still mildly shocked at Erick's quick dispatching of them, his lack of a second thought.
He had also called her love.
He was probably just saying that as a mannerism. That was it, he didn't actually mean it, she was just a girl who he happened to bang once in a while. He was holding her so close at that moment.
She sniffed at the blood in the hall, the scent appealed to her in such a deep animalistic way, she scared herself.
Lilac shook her head.
"I-i'm fine.. just a bit.. st..overwhelmed, I'm not too good around blood..nor do I know why these men are here.. oh.. ouch.." She murmured.
She had forgotten about the silver wound she had collected on her thigh when the man had tried to kill her in her bed. Her hand brushing against the tender flesh reminded her of it, it also brought red to her vision and the urge to change, to shift into the form which she could protect herself the best.
